hi..i will be taking my LET this Sep 26, 2010. The problem is my Notice of Admission and PERRC is lost due to theft. What do i need to bring to PRC office in Manila? please advise.thanks

Hi,
I am from Bacolod. I have been waiting for my Board rating since 2008. I already requested that to be mailed again. I even went in PRC Iloilo and requested for that. It seems that they are giving me a run around. DO I need to pay for it again or do I need to go there in your office all the time?? Please do something with that request. One piece of advice, you need to be sensitive enough that the people your dealing with are working people, we cant just e absent with our job and go there in your office and wait for 48 years for our request to be done. Please improve the way you work, Its really slow. Dying slow. I’m sorry but that’s the truth.

I would like to request Chairman Nicolas P. La Pena, Jr. to act on the proposed MOA between DTI and PRC for the renewal of licenses expired December 2007 and below and not wait on the approval of the BOARD that will be approved by the President of the Philippines leaving Real estate brokers in a state of limbo or floating. According to law, July 2009, it is the responsibility of PRC to decide but it would be a big help if DTI helps in the transition since they have been handling the renewal of licenses for the past several years. Please act on our reuest. HELP. John Arban.

Good day! I’m an ofw from Bacolod City, during that time when I renew my license in Iloilo it takes 2 days and 2 nyts to finished, to much crowded and the place is small, most of us renewing our license are from Bacolod and Neg.Occ, To much expenses and to much time wasted, Pls. Sir’s and Ma’ams why not put satellite office in Bacolod City to serve the professionals in Negros Island. We help the prc by renewing our licence even though it is not so important in our job as an ofw.

hi. i have a problem with my NLE. i took the exam last Nov. the answer sheet given to me and with my other 8 co-examinees were not our papers.I mean the answer sheet of student number 17 was given to number 18 and so with the following students..
what should i do? Please help. I really need your help. We took the exam in PWU TAFT, NURSING BUILDING ROOM 513..tnx
