How to submit a sitemap and website to Bing

Just like Google, Bing search engine has its own webmaster center, where you can submit your website and sitemap and check for the status of your site. You can access the page at http://www.bing.com/webmaster

Here are the steps on how to submit a sitemap and website to Bing

Sign in to access the tools, if you have a hotmail account you can use it to sign in to Bing webmasters tools.

After signing in you can now add your site. When its all done… add your web address to the textbox as well as your sitemap. If you don’t have a sitemap here is a simple tutorial in creating a sitemap. If you are done creating your sitemap… then and it to the sitemap address box. Example: http://www.yoursite.com/sitemap.xml

You will be given a verification tag to be added to your website. This new search engine will give an additional traffic to your website.
