Next year my optional gsis policy contract will already mature.i heared so many member’s complaints about said issue, to avoid such future difficulites,what will i do at this point and time to be sure that i will get the correct benefits i am entitled and will not encounter the same difficulties in claiming it. i hope that you could give me pointers so that i can comply with it as early as possible.Im waitingThank you.

Greeting! I am a College planholder of my son under non-exlusive plan agreement GEF No. 00003987. I started to follow up this since 2005 but nothing for the educhild remittances was updated just last November 2009. My son graduated last March 2010 a 5-yr. course at MUST-Cag. de oro City, so I requested a refund and payments intended for said plan. Last June 2010, I was issued 7-cheque with a total of 16,375.00 only. Because I complained for that amount and having a contract price of 51,000. I was advised to request for the cancellation of 7-cheque and requested for the recomputation. So, I would like to ask, if when I could receive the refund and payments intended for that plan ? Does the computation based only on the tuition fees regardless of the plan’s category? Thank you.

I am much surprised why on the system (gsis) website still appear my alleged restructured in fact the i had not availed any loans or restructured loan since 2000 until now. the gsis nmbo cagayan de oro city cleared me out that i had no loan or any loan with the gsis nor standing balance of any loan before 2000 but still the thing appear on the system website(the one we have inquire our members’ records) Please let your website clear or delete the said restructured loan in the amount of P108,000 something. I had been saddened on this, since in had NOT availed any loan or apply for an restructured loan. Please be honest to the members. the problem of you people in the system (gsis) do not act immediately to the complaints of the members. kindly act immediately on my request since this would be a great hindrance on the time of my retirement sooner. thanks

Good Day! I am a GSIS pensioner. I have loaned with GSIS’s Pension loan last 2008. I supposed said loan will be fully paid by June 2010. But, so sad that I can’t open my GSIS records anymore in adition to this, my pension was lessened by more or less two thousand pesos (P2,000.00). Can anybody from the GSIS helpme? Thank you! good day! i just want to know why gsis would not give the overpayment on time…hoping that the process would be faster as expected…and how come this happened that an officemate of mine had a housing loan when in fact she did’nt applied any? trustng that gsis can verify who use his policy without his consent?pls email me..thank you
