Are you a government employee and a member of GSIS (Philippines)? Want to know the updates about GSIS want to check your contribution with GSIS?, your GSIS Ecard?
If your are far away from the nearest GSIS satellite office, you can check your contributions and updates online, with GSIS online, GSIS.gov.ph you can check your personal records without the hassle of waiting and going to the GSIS office just log-on to GSIS.gov.ph.
The website GSIS.gov.ph will provide you an easy access with your information online. If you have your own GSIS Ecard you can log-on easily by using it and it GSIS number iD, you can check your Premium Payments, Loans, or membership information. You can also check for the GSIS Museum it has a complete and well detailed guide about the GSIS Museum.
You can also download a form in their website, and for pensioners, there is a dedicated page for you to access your information and details about your pensions, the website is always updated on a daily basis and it has a very easy to use interface.

This is to inquire regarding my GSIS eCARD plus, at Zamboanga City I was Able to inquire my balance, since i am applying for a CONSOLE Loan, considering that It had’nt yet been confirmed by our remitting officer, but i was able to see my balance in my account, when i reached BOngao, and since my console loan has been confirmed by our remitting officer, so i eagerly went to the LBP atm machine but sad to fine out that NOTHING is there even my previous remaining 84 pesos, and in the print out

paano na to ngayon? How can I use my approved loan, if it is invalid, is it technical or is my card damage? I have not seen any damage of this card, i always put this in my safe box! Is there any advice on how to claim this? Wala pa namang Union Bank dito sa Bongao, Tawi-Tawi! Can I hear from the moderator? ASAP!

I am Monina P. Ambowang. I have a skype conference call last Sept. 29, 2009. After the call i was promised to my 3 mos.delayed pension be remitted to my account but until now there was no remittance since July 2009.
What is really going on at GSIS. To whom shall we trust. I need my pension every month to buy food and medicine but my pension was not remmitted on my account for 6 mos. now. If i get sicker and sicker or die because i don’t have money to buy food and medicine my pension was delayed and delayed, is GSIS would take the blame and responsibility of it? To avoid this, why can’t they remitt my money to my account where i could access it.
I wondering how long would it take to remitt money electronically to a certain account? Perhaps a days or a week but not certainly a months and months and months. That is why i’m asking what is really going on GSIS. Did they bet the money at the lottery or somewhere or somebody robbed GSIS. That’s weird. People are sick and dying because of this and nobody would take the responsibility. For God’s sake help these old people like me to give back their money every month. Is this really to much to ask? We don’t have any source of income except this and yet if you delayed it, is like you are pulling the life line supply of these people like me.
So, please understand and help us out here. I believe you are responsible people with good heart. Thanks again in every effor you spend in expediting our remittances. WE NEED IT BADLY.

Whats happening with GSIS now?I had a video call with you last year and told me to ring their number for activation pero hindi naman ma-activate yong voice ko. I have been sending a lot of e-mails to your global pension and your staff (Ms. Escobedo) but you never replied. Pati yong retirement ko with regards to UOLI ko hindi ko pa din nakukuh. Sabi tatawagan daw kami pero up to now wala pa ding tawag eh since 2008 pa yon na i-file.

Matagal na akong bayad sa salary loan ko but still may balance pa rin na nag-aappear sa consol loan ko.. Marami na akong request for updating my payments na nai-submit dito sa GSIS Dinalupihan Branch may over payments pa ako dun.. gud day po. i’m a member of GSIS for three years already at wala pa akong loan for the past years, this year gusto ko sana mag-apply ng conso loan, kaso when i went to the kiosk ang sabi “MEMBER HAS NO EXISTING BANK ACCOUNT” when in fact every month ang deductions ko, i needed lang talaga the money, pero nakakadisappoint lang. When i went to the Cebu Branch ang sabi hindi daw fully activated, but i saw when i activated my ecard the successfull naman, ang sabi pa i have to wait for one month, mag-two two months na ganun ba din “MEMBER HAS NO EXISTING BANK ACCOUNT” pls help naman po i just badly needed the money. thank you po

I would like to follow up my father’s (Antonio L. Matamorosa) pension as he has not been receiving his monthly persion since Aug 2009 to present (Jan. 2010). Also during the transition to e-card last 2006 he has an unclaimed 8 months pension (Feb.~Aug 2006). We’ve been making personal follow-up from you Legaspi City branch as he is residing there but we failed to claim. We are referred to Main office in Manila to make the follow-up. good day! i am a member of gsis since 2002,when i started teaching as a substitute,in my payslip it was indicated that i am paying gsis share since then, i was granted conso loan last feb 2008 worth 29,000+.my consoloan was not automatically deducted from the date the gsis issued,im worried because up to now no deduction yet and supposed to be the first due date is may 2010,i consulted kiosks at the gsis main office and in the internet about my status,and i found out that i am not paying my share and i am not qualified with other loans coz i dont have share for the past 6 months. can you help me settle this matter? what am i going to do? i am very much bothered about this.i want to pay my loan but how? help me please,,,,, thank you very much

I’ve been inquiring for my pension this month for almost 3 weeks now thru GSIS infotxt service (4747). I supposed to get my pension every 8th day of the month. Until now I don’t have my pension. I also tried to call GSIS service hotlines but it so hard to connect with GSIS (waiting for half an hour but just ringing). I don’t know if these services are still working. I hope this website would help me send my inquiry to the concerned person. I am really looking forward for your immediate action on this.

Greetings of Peace this 2010. This is just to inquire the status of my Maturity Claim which was supposed to mature last Nov. 17, 2009 just before my 45th birthday last Nov. 30, 2009.I applied for a claim and submitted it to the Office of the GSIS in Pagadian City. They told me that there was a problem regarding my claim & I was advised to wait for further information coming from the GSIS, Manila. May I know then as to the status of my Maturity Claim which was filed last October 27, 2009. Thank you and more power!

I would like to inquire regarding my pension reloan which I applied last May 2009 and re-applied July of 2009. Many times have I been making follow-up in Sorsogon Branch, Information told me to wait for text from GSIS.
I also tried to follow-up thru Gwaps however,\has existing loan\ always appeared onscreen. It seems that my past 3-month loan was not yet over when in fact monthly deductions from my pension had stopped May of 2009.
In connection with this, I wanted to know why my reloan was not yat granted as of this moment.
Hoping for your immediate action regarding this matter.

Hi, this is a follow-up of my claim for my 2 pre-need plans which you have tied up with the Prudential Life – Genesis Flexi with plan agreement # GFG-18004 and Genesis Plus with plan agreement #GPG – 18024. I have submitted my application for refund through Optional Exit Mechanism (OEM)last January 2010 at GSIS Davao but accordingly,my claim has not been processed yet. Actually, we did not intend to submit our application, however, you offered it to us. How could we know about the OEM without you telling us to apply for it. I have called up Prudential Life Davao and they cannot give us the details and status of our records because GSIS did not give them the records of the planholders. What if the planholder dies and GSIS have not process our claim? I have been fully paid because we were deducted from our salary for five years and our office remitted our payments to the GSIS. I hope appropriate reply and action be taken immediately. Salamat

i would like to follow up my change of status from single to married..from Jenniecarr r. renon to jenniecarr r. jamora..i submitted already the necessary requirement my change of status but until now it is not yet updated..last year pa po ako nagpachange of status and i follow up it regularly..i hope gsis will take an action to this little issue coz i cant access my ecard and i do not able to apply any loan from the gsis because of this…thanks….

I wonder whether posts here can be read by GSIS. My mother hasn’t received her Feb. 2010 pension yet. I’ve been trying to give GSIS a call, but the numbers are either busy or nobody answers. I have sent them emails, but just like the phonelines, there was no reply.

To whom it may concern,
I applied for consolidation and policy loan last january 2007. Starting march 2007 i am paying my monthly amortization for the said loan that i applied. Sad to say i am checking my records from time to time to know the status of my payments but it was not updated. I already made my written complain in your good office to update my loan records but still you haven’t made any action on my complain.
Another problem on my part is i haven’t received my dividend share since your ecard started. It really disgusting to feel that some of my coworkers are enjoying their benefit share and i don’t.
I really hope for your favorable action on my problems.

I have been checking my records for me to know how much payments i already have paid and for me to check whether i am already eligible for a re-loan sad to know however that every time i open the website what always appear is the slogan, that says problem loading. Can your good office does something to update the members of their records? Can GSIS fulfill its advertisement on service efficiency and other collateral values shown on TV and other media outlets? Please update/post my remittances since an amount/balance of P 3,933.24 and P 16,803.68 representing enhance salary loan and policy loan respectively was deducted.

gudam, gusto ko lang pong malaman kng bakit hindi ko na nman po ma access ulit yong data ko sa computer using my password?i already have used same password whenever i inquire thru net.wrong daw po password ko?paano nangyari yon na ginamit ko na nga ito many times…i did not change my password too na posibleng maging dahilan…same password lang po talaga…pls help…medyo malayo pa po kasi and station namin sa main office ng GSIS…di po ba ito ang legacy ninyo kaya may site na ang GSIS?Thanks…

Starting September 2009, my pension is always short of Php1520. Earlier then, I used to receive the shortage after 2 and 4 days the most. But unfortunately, up to this writing I have not receive the remaining balance representing January and February 2010, the amount of which is Php1520 each month or a total of Php3040. Because of this, I am asking your good office to kindly do something about it. I need the money very badly for medicine (lifetime maintenance).

Good day to the good people of GSIS,
I would just like to inquire the GSIS why I was deducted a monthly premium of P1,000 from my salary (since January 2010 up to the present) as payment of a POLICY LOAN, when in fact I NEVER applied for a POLICY RELOAN this year.
Please be informed that my LAST POLICY LOAN was two years ago and was granted only very little amount (5,000) considering that my policy has already matured last 1998, and the usual monthly deduction (of my last loan) was only P100, and yet, I was just amazed why the beginning of this year my deduction was increased to P1000.
Kindly verify the matter as to who has used my policy and applied for a reloan with out my CONSENT.

I have been inquiring about my pension but nobody have the decency to reply. The last pension I received was Nov. 2002. J. C. Foronda promised to send me my ecard within two months and that promise was made on Dec. 10, 2009 during our video call thru skype. I have emailed pensionglobal cc jcforonda six times still no response.

The lady whom she talked with said, that there’s nothing wrong, just be patient and the pension will come.
