This is to inquire regarding my GSIS eCARD plus, at Zamboanga City I was Able to inquire my balance, since i am applying for a CONSOLE Loan, considering that It had’nt yet been confirmed by our remitting officer, but i was able to see my balance in my account, when i reached BOngao, and since my console loan has been confirmed by our remitting officer, so i eagerly went to the LBP atm machine but sad to fine out that NOTHING is there even my previous remaining 84 pesos, and in the print out

paano na to ngayon? How can I use my approved loan, if it is invalid, is it technical or is my card damage? I have not seen any damage of this card, i always put this in my safe box! I am Monina P. Ambowang. I have a skype conference call last Sept. 29, 2009. After the call i was promised to my 3 mos.delayed pension be remitted to my account but until now there was no remittance since July 2009.
What is really going on at GSIS. To whom shall we trust. I need my pension every month to buy food and medicine but my pension was not remmitted on my account for 6 mos. now. If i get sicker and sicker or die because i don’t have money to buy food and medicine my pension was delayed and delayed, is GSIS would take the blame and responsibility of it? To avoid this, why can’t they remitt my money to my account where i could access it.
I wondering how long would it take to remitt money electronically to a certain account? Perhaps a days or a week but not certainly a months and months and months. That is why i’m asking what is really going on GSIS. Did they bet the money at the lottery or somewhere or somebody robbed GSIS. That’s weird. People are sick and dying because of this and nobody would take the responsibility. For God’s sake help these old people like me to give back their money every month. Is this really to much to ask? We don’t have any source of income except this and yet if you delayed it, is like you are pulling the life line supply of these people like me.
So, please understand and help us out here. I believe you are responsible people with good heart. Thanks again in every effor you spend in expediting our remittances. WE NEED IT BADLY.

Whats happening with GSIS now?I had a video call with you last year and told me to ring their number for activation pero hindi naman ma-activate yong voice ko. gud day po. i’m a member of GSIS for three years already at wala pa akong loan for the past years, this year gusto ko sana mag-apply ng conso loan, kaso when i went to the kiosk ang sabi “MEMBER HAS NO EXISTING BANK ACCOUNT” when in fact every month ang deductions ko, i needed lang talaga the money, pero nakakadisappoint lang. I would like to follow up my father’s (Antonio L. Matamorosa) pension as he has not been receiving his monthly persion since Aug 2009 to present (Jan. 2010). Also during the transition to e-card last 2006 he has an unclaimed 8 months pension (Feb.~Aug 2006). good day! i am a member of gsis since 2002,when i started teaching as a substitute,in my payslip it was indicated that i am paying gsis share since then, i was granted conso loan last feb 2008 worth 29,000+.my consoloan was not automatically deducted from the date the gsis issued,im worried because up to now no deduction yet and supposed to be the first due date is may 2010,i consulted kiosks at the gsis main office and in the internet about my status,and i found out that i am not paying my share and i am not qualified with other loans coz i dont have share for the past 6 months. can you help me settle this matter? what am i going to do? i am very much bothered about this.i want to pay my loan but how? help me please,,,,, thank you very much

I’ve been inquiring for my pension this month for almost 3 weeks now thru GSIS infotxt service (4747). I supposed to get my pension every 8th day of the month. Until now I don’t have my pension. I also tried to call GSIS service hotlines but it so hard to connect with GSIS (waiting for half an hour but just ringing). I don’t know if these services are still working. Greetings of Peace this 2010. This is just to inquire the status of my Maturity Claim which was supposed to mature last Nov. 17, 2009 just before my 45th birthday last Nov. 30, 2009.I applied for a claim and submitted it to the Office of the GSIS in Pagadian City. They told me that there was a problem regarding my claim & I was advised to wait for further information coming from the GSIS, Manila. I would like to inquire regarding my pension reloan which I applied last May 2009 and re-applied July of 2009. Many times have I been making follow-up in Sorsogon Branch, Information told me to wait for text from GSIS.
I also tried to follow-up thru Gwaps however,\has existing loan\ always appeared onscreen. It seems that my past 3-month loan was not yet over when in fact monthly deductions from my pension had stopped May of 2009.
In connection with this, I wanted to know why my reloan was not yat granted as of this moment.
Hoping for your immediate action regarding this matter.

Hi, this is a follow-up of my claim for my 2 pre-need plans which you have tied up with the Prudential Life – Genesis Flexi with plan agreement # GFG-18004 and Genesis Plus with plan agreement #GPG – 18024. I have submitted my application for refund through Optional Exit Mechanism (OEM)last January 2010 at GSIS Davao but accordingly,my claim has not been processed yet. Actually, we did not intend to submit our application, however, you offered it to us. How could we know about the OEM without you telling us to apply for it. I have called up Prudential Life Davao and they cannot give us the details and status of our records because GSIS did not give them the records of the planholders. What if the planholder dies and GSIS have not process our claim? I have been fully paid because we were deducted from our salary for five years and our office remitted our payments to the GSIS. To whom it may concern,
I applied for consolidation and policy loan last january 2007. Starting march 2007 i am paying my monthly amortization for the said loan that i applied. Sad to say i am checking my records from time to time to know the status of my payments but it was not updated. I already made my written complain in your good office to update my loan records but still you haven’t made any action on my complain.
Another problem on my part is i haven’t received my dividend share since your ecard started. It really disgusting to feel that some of my coworkers are enjoying their benefit share and i don’t.
I really hope for your favorable action on my problems.

I have been checking my records for me to know how much payments i already have paid and for me to check whether i am already eligible for a re-loan sad to know however that every time i open the website what always appear is the slogan, that says problem loading. Can your good office does something to update the members of their records? Can GSIS fulfill its advertisement on service efficiency and other collateral values shown on TV and other media outlets? Starting September 2009, my pension is always short of Php1520. Earlier then, I used to receive the shortage after 2 and 4 days the most. I would just like to inquire the GSIS why I was deducted a monthly premium of P1,000 from my salary (since January 2010 up to the present) as payment of a POLICY LOAN, when in fact I NEVER applied for a POLICY RELOAN this year.
Please be informed that my LAST POLICY LOAN was two years ago and was granted only very little amount (5,000) considering that my policy has already matured last 1998, and the usual monthly deduction (of my last loan) was only P100, and yet, I was just amazed why the beginning of this year my deduction was increased to P1000.
Kindly verify the matter as to who has used my policy and applied for a reloan with out my CONSENT.

Sir I’ve been a member of GSIS since October 1995 and it will mature on October 2010. I applied for an e-card and received it last last September 2009. The card was activated but when I tried to access it in the kiosk to my dismay it appeared that there was no record of my remmittances and payment of my loans. It appeared in the kiosk that i need to have at least 3 months in six months contribution before I can avail the consolidated loan or whatever loans I may apply. I decided to check on my membership profile I found out that my records are intact and complete. My question is, why I can’t access my records in the kiosk. He was supposed to receive an annual allowance of P5,000.00 since his 1st year but until now, we haven’t heard any development on the documents we have submitted. GSIS-Bacolod would always told me that they are still updating their records. How can I avail such claim?

how many months the ecard will be released,i applied last may 14,2010 but up to now no ecard has reached my mailing adressed.By the way I am a survivor pensioner of the late dra ma. rosario ecaldre a gsis member.Thasnks and more power.

why is it that i do have a deduction for my conso loan but it is not posted and deducted from my loan why is it like this we do have payments and also I can’t avail policy loan for almost 3 yrs now i hope with the new government now gsis will work smoothly and the records will be clear

Sir, Madam,
Gud PM po.
When can my mother po receive or continue her survivor pension.
She is also very ill now and she will need support for her medication.
She have visited the GSIS office after she receive the letter asking her to report
at the GSIS office and she even rent taxi since she cannot
commute due to her health.Until now she still have not receive any
survivor pension or her survivor pension was discontinued .
Please advised me to whom can I arrange appointment to show all of my mothers document.

Good Day! I am a GSIS pensioner. I have loaned with GSIS’s Pension loan last 2008. I supposed said loan will be fully paid by June 2010. But, so sad that I can’t open my GSIS records anymore in adition to this, my pension was lessened by more or less two thousand pesos (P2,000.00). Can anybody from the GSIS helpme? Thank you! MABUHAY!

I am much surprised why on the system (gsis) website still appear my alleged restructured in fact the i had not availed any loans or restructured loan since 2000 until now. the gsis nmbo cagayan de oro city cleared me out that i had no loan or any loan with the gsis nor standing balance of any loan before 2000 but still the thing appear on the system website(the one we have inquire our members’ records) Please let your website clear or delete the said restructured loan in the amount of P108,000 something. I had been saddened on this, since in had NOT availed any loan or apply for an restructured loan. Please be honest to the members. the problem of you people in the system (gsis) do not act immediately to the complaints of the members. kindly act immediately on my request since this would be a great hindrance on the time of my retirement sooner. thanks

Greeting! I am a College planholder of my son under non-exlusive plan agreement GEF No. 00003987. I started to follow up this since 2005 but nothing for the educhild remittances was updated just last November 2009. My son graduated last March 2010 a 5-yr. course at MUST-Cag. de oro City, so I requested a refund and payments intended for said plan. Last June 2010, I was issued 7-cheque with a total of 16,375.00 only. Because I complained for that amount and having a contract price of 51,000. I was advised to request for the cancellation of 7-cheque and requested for the recomputation. So, I would like to ask, if when I could receive the refund and payments intended for that plan ? Does the computation based only on the tuition fees regardless of the plan’s category? Thank you.

Next year my optional gsis policy contract will already mature.i heared so many member’s complaints about said issue, to avoid such future difficulites,what will i do at this point and time to be sure that i will get the correct benefits i am entitled and will not encounter the same difficulties in claiming it. i hope that you could give me pointers so that i can comply with it as early as possible.Im waitingThank you.

last january 9, 2009, i submitted my request for the refund of my premium payment to the GSIS Genesis Plan Plus under GPN-1756 with all the required documents. After a year, Feb. 5, 2010 i received a letter from GSIS Cauayan Branch Office/Rolando A. Beltran-Officer I informing that my request is still pending and that the claim will be process as soon as the system allows. Now, its 6 mos. and still my request is not yet acted upon. Why do GSIS always has to blame the system?

This was in connection of the policy loan of Mr Michael Dumlao our civilian employee from region III last July 13, 2010, he granted the amount of P19,140.23 payable within 92 months and the monthly amortization is P1,000.00. Why it was so big the monthly amortization if it was payable within 92 months.

Since 2005, I beg them for updating my pre-need (edu-child), happy to say that it was updated last Nov. 2009 but sad to say ’til now no payments/no refund. I have been a member of gsis since 1995,at Rizal Expiremental Station and Pilot School Of Cottage Industries.Last May 2010, I apply for my UMID ID and it so happen that by June 1,2010 I transferred here in TESDA main office here in Taguig. Last week my UMID card was sent to my previous agency in Pasig, so I need to pick it there and activated it a day after. Recently, I found out that the liason officer of my previous agency confirmed my cash advances loan,, and not the liason officer here in my present agency. How can I update of my records?? Where in fact the moment I assume here in Tesda i filled up several forms, expecting that all my records concerning with gsis are updated.Please give an an advise on what to do, what to accomplish,to update my records as to my premiums, loans deduction and ets. It was indicated in the system last feb.23,2010 that there was an unpaid salary loan payment under my name amounted to 1,373.62. Based on our records fr the school, i am already fully paid fr any loan (salary& ELA). In fact i have an overpayment of two (2) months from my ELA.When i’v viewed my acct last 03/01/2010 @ the local gsis ofce,the total balance was already 1,566.82 nd so i decided to pay just to stop the addt’l. burden on my part.Gladly,on july 02, 2010 The Salary Loan was restructured. BUT to my surprise, under the EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE AN AMT OF ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY & 67/100 (1,570.67) APPEARED. It was 0.00 last 03/01/2010. WHY IS THIS HAPPENED? HOW COME?

I am a GSIS pensioner. My pension for the month of january & Feb. 2010 was lacking in the amount of 4,143.12. I had been following up every month to the GSIS Regional Office pero lahat pangako. Until now hindi pa ako nababayaran.
